Amazing hotel. I travelled Europe for 2 weeks for business and this was the only hotel where I actually felt at home and had 2 excellent nights of sleep. The staff was incredible. They do all they can to make you feel like you are at home and not a hotel. The free drinks, breakfast, snacks and more were the cherry on top! What more could one ask for??!!!! I will be back!!

In fact, everything was really good! Super location, nice room, quiet and pleasant; many extras: cheese buffet in the afternoon, very well equipped bar included; very nice and dedicated staff; special requests quickly and easily fulfilled; excellent breakfast.
The mattresses were a bit too soft for us and the air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast room was a bit too cool - but these are personal preferences that can hardly be attributed to the hotel.

The hotel has the perfect location to explore Amsterdam. Almost everything is within walking distance. The biggest shopping mile is just a few steps away. There are also numerous bars and restaurants around the corner. The all-inclusive concept is only interesting if you want to have a few drinks regularly in the hotel. The equipment and furnishings of the rooms are upscale. The breakfast is very good and the staff very courteous. Because I`ve already had bad accommodations in Amsterdam, I appreciate this hotel very much and can only recommend it.

Friendly staff, could not have been more helpful! Great room with lovely view. Fantastic breakfast, eggs beautifully cooked whilst you waited, and massive selection of other foods, hot or cold! We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble, will very definately visit again - soon!Forgot to mention 'Happy Hour' very nice cheese + soup one night & meatballs another - all 'On The House'!

Yes, scrambled eggs/amlettes were freshly prepared according to your choice. Coffee in the hotel lobby, cold drinks in a very cosy atmosphere. Relaxing sleep thanks to the good beds

Breakfast was very rich. Bed was comfortable. Staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. There was a good atmosphere here.
My reference to a faulty bathtub shower was noted though. However, the damage was not repaired immediately or at all.

Staff were friendly courteous and extremely helpful from the minute we arrived at the hotel. Nothing seemed like too much trouble - taxis, dinner bookings, excursions or just good advice. The 'living area' works very well and was a place where you could feel really relaxed with a complimentary tipple or two! - here we met several couples from different parts of the world and struck up interesting conversations with them.The hotel is also in an extremely good position, which meant we could drop in and out if we wanted during the day. Highly recommended by all 4 of us that went.
